The Hi-PoS Accounts Integration Module is a powerful add-on to the Hi-PoS programme suite, which allows you to post directly from Hi-PoS to your existing company financial accounts package. Currently, we support Sage Line 50 and Sage Line 100 packages.

The Hi-PoS Accounts Integration module will bring many benefits to your accounts department. These include:

• Check that the goods have been received at the correct cost: Match and enter supplier invoices into Hi-PoS.
• Save time and improve accuracy: Post Sales and Cash direct to the Nominal Ledger.
• Invoices will not be misled: Post customer invoices direct to the Sales Ledger.
• Maintain an accurate stock position in the Nominal Ledger and supplier accruals: Post Goods Received direct to the Nominal Ledger.
• Improve accuracy of Profit and Loss Reports: Post cost of sales information.
• Maintain an accurate branch stock account in the nominal, together with goods in-transit figure: Post branch transfers direct to the Nominal Ledger.
• Remove the tedium of petty cash postings and ensuring accurate cash accounts: Post Petty Cash Expenses.
• Allow for individual branch Profit and Loss Accounts: Post information by branch or store.
